General Information.

Entrance Examination into the seminary holds Saturday February 13, 2021

1. The COVID 19 protocols shall be strictly observed. Seminarians are therefore mandated to come back with 5 pieces of nose masks and 2 bottles of hand sanitizer (500ml each).
2. Those who had to travel without completing their second term examinations should prepare to write same from Monday 29th September.
3. Do well to get the notes you copied from the online classes ready for submission as soon as you return, because it shall form part of your continuous assessment.
4. We thank our dear Bishop, Most Rev. CVC Onaga who has in his magnanimity offered us a reduction in school fees for this term. Instead of the usual N32,000.00 we shall now pay the sum of N25,000.00 for the third term.
5. The N10,000.00 we paid for online studies is part of the third term fee. What it means is that those who have paid the online fee shall now pay the balance of N15,000.00 while those who didn’t pay shall pay the N25,000.00.
6. Apart from the above reductions, every other payment remains as usual.
7. For the payment of school fees, you are expected to raise a bank draft in our name – Sacred Heart Seminary, Nsude and submit same to the Seminary on the resumption day.
8. Those who paid for the online studies should remember to come with the evidence of their payment.
9. The payments at a glance is as follows:
   i. School fees – N25,000.00
   ii. Flour – N3,000.00
   iii. ICT – N1,000.00
   iv. Health Insurance – N1,000.00
   v. A tin of peak milk (900g),
   vi. A tin of Milo (900g),
   vii. 2 packets of sugar (St. Louis or Dogan),
   viii. 2 blue band butter (250g).
